Short Description

Adheres to departmental procedures and policies. Maintains working knowledge of regulatory standards and is accountable to sustain these standards in daily operations. Coordinates all details of various surveillance screenings and immunization programs.

Responsible for data collection, entry of data into Lawson and EPIC Reporting out statistics with regard to compliance and provides data to various committees across Cooper University Hospital. Responsible for maintenance and calibration of equipment. Ordering of medical supplies for surveillance/immunization programs Identifies process improvements to screening programs, i.e. schedule development in coordination with staffing schedules; forms creation/amendments/updates.

Resource to LOA/WC - assist with general LOA/WC questions

Experience Required

Minimum of 1 year acute care experience require. Employee Health experience preferred.

Graduate of practical nursing program from accredited school

License/Certification

Current NJ LPN license, BLS(AHA)
