Salary Range: $38.50 - $55.02 per hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead the care journey by serving as the primary coordinator for all clinical disciplines, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and well-integrated experience in a high-acuity environment.

Empower patient recovery by implementing and meticulously monitoring personalized care plans, acting decisively on changes in condition to ensure safety and clinical excellence.

Execute clinical precision by accurately carrying out physician and nursing orders, translating complex medical plans into direct, high-quality bedside care.

Bridge the transition to home by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are supported long after they leave the unit.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required

One or more of the following required

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Experience

A minimum of 1+ years of Emergency Department specific experience.
