Registered Nurse - Full Time - Critical Care

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Supervise and guide assigned team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Communicate effectively to foster a collaborative and transparent environment. Maintain accountability for personal performance and patient safety. Seek continuous improvement in patient experience and professional growth. Engage actively in team development and performance enhancement.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification and additional department-specific certifications. Valid license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility. Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
