Role Overview
As an LPN II - Medical Group , you will support the physician's office healthcare team by providing clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient office operations.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the physician's office healthcare team
- Answering phones and assisting with patient communications
- Screening patient charts prior to appointments
- Interviewing patients and preparing them for examinations and procedures
- Assisting providers during patient examinations
- Administering injections and treatments as ordered
- Performing necessary laboratory work and testing
- Following up on test orders and communicating results to physicians and patients
- Providing patient education and support
- Maintaining medical equipment and monitoring clinical supply inventory
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience
Required
Licensed Practical Nurse experience
Preferred
Medical Office experience
Licensure / Certification
Required
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
