About this role
The Supervisor, Nursing Shift position is responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing personnel and patient care for the MPTF Hospital on Wasserman Campus. This is a part-time (24 hours week) non-exempt position working 3rd Shift. This position has overall responsibility for residents in Long-Term Care and Harry's Haven, our Alzheimer's Unit.
The Supervisor ensures delivery of comprehensive nursing services during assigned shift and coordinates operations. This position maintains appropriate staffing levels and monitors the performance of nursing units and services on assigned shifts, ensuring nursing staff assesses residents and documents the assessment in the electronic medical record system.
