Join Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health! Being a PRN Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse at Devereux. Work in collaboration with the Health Services Coordinator to provide consultation nursing services to Community, Campus, and Vocational program clients.
Serve as a nursing expert and guide staff to implement programs focusing on high quality health care services. Identify and monitor assigned Individuals' health needs. Implements priority of care and takes appropriate measures to meet those needs in accordance with established nursing procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities include educating clients and families on health and disease prevention, communicating with physicians, performing assessments, providing basic patient care, measuring vital signs, administering medications, maintaining EHR, training staff, completing regulatory audits, and ensuring compliance with medical and immunization requirements.
