What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Qualifications
Required
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
- Ability to provide care in a home environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
