Follow established care plans, nursing procedures, and assigned shift routines.
Observe and document resident status and report relevant changes to the nursing team. Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to maintain consistent resident care. Complete required documentation and responsibilities for the assigned shift.
Qualifications LPN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment. Ability to work the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule. Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
