Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Full Time and Part Time Are you a compassionate LPN looking to make a difference in a brand-new, state-of-the-art assisted living community?
Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is opening a brand new Assisted Living Community right here in the Lowcountry, and we're hiring the team that gets it off the ground. We built this place for the people who live here and the people who care for them.
That means fewer residents per caregiver, real time to know each one by name, and a crew that looks out for each other. If you got into this work to help people and not just run yourself ragged, we'd love to meet you. Good people, good care, and a fresh start.
What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care and physician orders in the EHR
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
- Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care
