Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Part Time11pm-7amAre you a compassionate LPN looking to make a difference in a brand-new, state-of-the-art assisted living community?
Join our team and care for residents in a setting designed for excellence, comfort, and professionalism—with beautifully designed interiors and welcoming outdoor spaces.
What You’ll Do:
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Document care and physician orders in the EHR
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care
