*Position:* Private Duty / 1:1 Home Care
Green Medical Consulting is seeking a *reliable, compassionate, and experienced LPN* for a *1:1 home care case in Cheltenham, PA*. This position requires a nurse who can commit to working *every weekend OR every other weekend*.
This is a medically complex case requiring an experienced nurse. The client's ISP documents tracheostomy/ventilator support, G-tube nutrition, frequent suctioning, seizure monitoring, and the need for 24/7 care. The ISP also confirms Saturday and Sunday *7:00 AM–7:00 PM* nursing coverage.
Schedule
- *Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM*
- *Sunday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM*
- Must be available *every weekend OR every other weekend*
- *12-hour day shifts*
- Immediate opening
Required experience
Applicants *must have hands-on experience with:*
- *Tracheostomy care*
- *G-tube care and feedings*
- Suctioning and airway management
- Medication administration
- Seizure monitoring and safety
- Caring for medically complex individuals
The ISP specifically notes that the client receives nutrition through a G-tube and requires tracheostomy/ventilator-related nursing care.
Qualifications
- Current and active *Pennsylvania LPN license*
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- *Previous trach and G-tube experience required*
- Private duty/home care experience preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be comfortable working a 12-hour shift
- Must be able to commit to the weekend schedule
- Must successfully complete all Green Medical Consulting onboarding and required training
