Travel Float Pool Registered Nurs

• Nights Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Holiday rotation required
• 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

Responsibilities

*

• Deliver *direct patient care* across Med/Surg, ICU, and ER units
• Perform *patient assessments, monitoring, and clinical interventions*
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with *physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff*
• Maintain accurate *EMR documentation and patient records*
• Respond to *emergency situations and critical patient needs*

Requirements

*

• Active *New York RN License*
• *BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required*
• Minimum *1+ year experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Critical Care*
• Must be comfortable with *floating across multiple units*

*Certifications (AHA Required):*

• *BLS (Basic Life Support)*
• *ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)*
• *PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)*
• *NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)*

*Preferred

Qualifications

*

• Float Pool or Travel Nursing experience
• Strong *clinical judgment, time management, and multitasking skills*
• Experience with *Epic or other EMR systems*
