Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify healthcare needs and establish care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes. Document all patient care activities, assessments, and treatment in electronic health records accurately. Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain nursing competencies. Provide compassionate support to patients and families in various healthcare settings.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical environment. Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focusing on patient-centered care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
