Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical teams to assess, perform procedures, administer medications, and document care. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes. Perform procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately. Administer prescribed medications and respond to adverse reactions. Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of one year RN experience; hospital experience preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program; for experienced RNs, exemptions may apply.
