About this role
Registered Nurse position in Post Partum unit at Hackensack Meridian Health, Edison NJ. Full-time days. Functions as caregiver for specific patient population, provides direct care as part of interdisciplinary team, directs and oversees care provided by other caregivers.
Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, medication administration using bar-scanning technology, multi-disciplinary patient discharging, and continuous electronic documentation. Requires minimum Associate or Diploma in Nursing, BSN in progress or willing to acquire within 3 years, 6+ months relevant nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency Program, current valid RN license, and BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
