WHM is looking for An RN to provide individualized nursing care to patients of all ages based upon the physician's medical care plan, nursing assessment, and the physical, mental, and emotional needs of the patient. As an Registered Nurse working in our inpatient rehab unit, you are a crucial part of the patients care team.
Responsibilities
Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process. collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families delegate and evaluate care assigned to LPNs and CNAs to meet patient care needs. Shifts Available: Full-Time 3pm-11pm
Job Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Current licensure in the state of PA and CPR certification. One year Med/surg or Rehab experience preferred. Good verbal/written communication skills. Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains professional knowledge and skills related to the areas of responsibility.
