Honesdale, PA 18431 Contract: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Schedule: 36 Hours/Week Shift Flexible, must work both: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM Scheduling: Every other weekend required Holiday coverage required No block scheduling Pay Package Travel Pay: $2,200 to $2,450/week (Gross, including stipends) Local Pay: $60 to $65/hour Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active Pennsylvania or Compact State RN License Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room (ER) experience Current AHA BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Current PALS Certification Current NIHSS Certification Experience with Meditech EMR preferred Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Must be available to start ASAP Roles & Responsibilities Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions while collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately in Meditech EMR, and respond quickly to changing clinical situations. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. Maintain patient safety while delivering high-quality emergency care in a Level IV Trauma Center.
