About this role
Cogir Senior Living oversees a network of senior living communities spanning 11 states. The Health and Wellness Director (LPN/LVN or RN) is an integral member of the management team, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure the health and wellness of residents, performing initial and ongoing assessments, coordinating with other departments, providing training, supervision, and coaching of the clinical team, and responsible for day-to-day clinical operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
