How this role fits you
About the employer
You would clock in at a community hospital in Clarksville, Arkansas, not a big-city tower. The role they have been posting is RN nights on 3NW Cardiac. Their own recruiting post puts a $12,000–$18,000 sign-on on that job and mentions…
On your path
Operating Room is a specialty you move into. Periop programs often train from the ground up.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for weekend and holiday?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load and staffing support handled day to day?
