What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, incorporating ourMission, Vision, and Values into every decision.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.
- Ensure compliance with allFederal, State, and local laws while maintaining ethical practices.
- Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.
- Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.
- Participate in call rotation
What We’re Looking For
- ARegistered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.
- 2 yearsof full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing,1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.
- A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency withMicrosoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
