Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Connecticut
- 2 years of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, 1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
