Participates in planning and implementing of nursing care on assigned shift and unit. Administers medications, takes vitals, charts nurses' notes, performs nursing interventions, monitors residents, assists in orientation of unlicensed personnel, and maintains resident care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Works under the Director of Nursing Services or Administrator in a health and rehabilitation facility setting. Night shift position.
