What You'll Do
As an RN in our Long-Term Care department, you will
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Iowa RN license
- BLS certification required
- Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
- Passion for serving seniors and providing exceptional resident-centered care
