Position Summary
The Full-Time Registered Nurse will be a vital part of our clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal procedures. The RN will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, including education and pre-procedure assessments Monitor patient status during and after procedures Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- PACU and OR experience preferred, willing to train a motivated RN
- Previous experience in gastroenterology, endoscopy, or related field healthful
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-care skills
