Registered Nurse RN – Acute Care

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and utilize evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes. They partner with patients and families, practice culturally competent care, and coordinate delivery through effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

Includes promoting teamwork, participating in performance improvement, supporting evidence-based research, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. They plan proactively, contribute to protocol development, and optimize resource use.

Qualifications

Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, valid RN licensure, BLS certification, and less than one year of clinical experience or completion of an accredited nursing program. Skills include strong communication, critical thinking, technological proficiency, time management, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
