Are you an experienced RN who thrives in a role where strong clinical judgment, leadership, and compassion come together? HHH is looking for a confident and experienced RN Baylor Nursing Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

Your Role as Nursing Supervisor

As our RN Baylor Nursing Supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations while serving as an important resource for residents, families, and staff.

You’ll work collaboratively with fellow nurse leaders and departments throughout our community to promote quality care, effective communication, and a positive environment for both residents and employees.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Providing leadership and clinical oversight for nursing operations
  • Supporting, guiding, and serving as a resource for nursing staff
  • Using strong assessment and critical-thinking skills to respond to changes in resident needs
  • Promoting high standards of resident-centered care
  • Communicating effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
  • Collaborating with nursing leadership and other departments to support smooth operations and continuity of care
  • Triaging emergency response system calls from residents in our independent living community
  • Coordinating with our First Responders to help ensure residents receive the appropriate assistance and support

Pay: $42.00 - $54.00 per hour
