RN Nursing Supervisor – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus. Pleasant View Center, located at 239 Pleasant St, Concord, NH 03301, is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and high-quality nursing care in our long-term care community.

Requirements

Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and standards of care
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
