- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and standards of care
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
