Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the care team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document vital signs and changes, and communicate with the charge nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, supporting resident comfort and safety
- Complete accurate documentation in the electronic health record and contribute to care plans
- Maintain infection control practices and a safe, clean environment; report safety concerns promptly

- Availability for night shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Availability to work every other weekend and some holidays
- Willingness to work in a long-term care setting on a travel assignment
- 14-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week
