*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced *Registered Nurse with a background in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetic injectables* to join our growing practice.

The ideal candidate is confident providing both *surgical and aesthetic patient care*, including preoperative preparation, postoperative follow-up, patient education, clinical documentation, wound and drain care, and assistance with office-based procedures. Experience with *Botox/neuromodulators and dermal fillers, IV Infusion Therapy* is strongly preferred.

This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a high level of patient care and service in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

  • Active Florida RN license
  • Plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, PACU, or ambulatory surgery experience preferred
  • Aesthetic injectable experience strongly preferred
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred
  • Strong patient education and documentation skills
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both front and back.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care for plastic surgery patients.
  • Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, review medical histories, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Prepare patients for surgery and assist with surgical and office-based procedures.
  • Provide postoperative wound, incision, drain, dressing, and suture care as directed.
  • Educate patients on pre- and postoperative instructions, recovery expectations, medications, and aftercare.
  • Conduct postoperative follow-up calls and promptly communicate clinical concerns to the surgeon.
  • Administer medications and IV therapy according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, when appropriately trained, credentialed, and authorized.
  • Complete aesthetic consultations, treatment documentation, photography, and post-treatment education.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to surgical or injectable complications and emergencies.
  • Maintain injectable products, medications, clinical supplies, and emergency equipment.
  • Follow infection-control, sterilization, OSHA, HIPAA, and patient-safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the plastic surgeon and clinical team to provide a safe, professional, and exceptional patient experience.
  • Multitask-oriented by answer phones and front office duties when needed.

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about aesthetics and plastic surgery and who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients throughout their surgical and aesthetic journey.
