News & World Report in their "Best Senior Living" awards is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Under general supervision, the RN is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating HumanGood's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The RN also ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Full-time, $50 - $54/hr (DOE), must have 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am availability.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
