About this role
Regents Point in Irvine, CA, one of 20 HumanGood life plan communities annually recognized by U. S. News & World Report in their "Best Senior Living" awards is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Under general supervision, the RN is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating HumanGood's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The RN also ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Full-time, $50 - $54/hr (DOE), must have 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am availability. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Requirements
Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program
Current RN license in California
Current CPR certification
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience (preferred)
Clinical observation and assessment skills
Proficient computer skills for documentation, electronic health records, and team communication
Must have 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am availability
