About this role

The Administrator directs and integrates all day to day activities of the SNARL/EALR and oversees operations in accordance with the mission and objectives of the organization. Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, overseeing construction and maintenance, managing budgets, conducting tours, maintaining DOH compliance, coordinating medical appointments, managing medications, hiring and evaluating team members, documenting care, and ensuring OSHA standards compliance. Must be on-call at all times.
