Pay Rate: Up to $63/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change. CIA Float Pool RN Key Responsibilities: • Floats to various inpatient units including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs. • Provides direct nursing care, collaborates with other multidiscipline team members to provide patient care to various patient population. • Conducts and documents assessments, nursing diagnoses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. • Precept staff from various units as needed. • Coordinates care to multidiscipline team members to facilitate and provide the highest possible quality patient care. Requirements: • RN license in state of assignment. • BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) required. • Must have Trauma 1 and EPIC experience required. • Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required.
