Registered Nurse – Float Pool

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care in an inpatient hospital setting, managing a group of patients using the nursing process, technology, and resources within the institution’s philosophy.

Qualifications include an active RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, associate’s degree or nursing diploma, and at least 2 years of inpatient RN experience.

Responsibilities involve performing unit-specific duties, implementing and adjusting care plans, documenting nursing care, conducting assessments, ensuring patient and staff safety, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

The role includes floating across various inpatient units, providing direct care, mentoring staff, and coordinating multidisciplinary care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
