We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide primary and urgent care services to our patients at their location. The ideal candidate will have experience in both primary and urgent care. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing quality care to patients at their locations, assessing their needs, and developing treatment plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages.
- Provide urgent care services to patients in need.
- Perform physical examinations and take patient histories.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, x-rays, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Provide follow-up care for chronic conditions.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
