Clinical Manager - Hospice Services. Requirements
RN with current licensure in Maine
At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related field
Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting preferred
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare guidelines, and clinical best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational skills
BLS/CPR certification required
