Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Supervise and support the nursing staff to ensure quality care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Coordinate care plans and participate in resident assessments.

Support compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Address any healthcare-related issues promptly and professionally.
