About this role
As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.
Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development.
With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career. We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus in addition to up to $8,000 relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. To be considered for this role, you must have graduated and be licensed prior to the October 26, 2026 start date.
