Position
Overview
As a CNA at our partner facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and reporting on patient health, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for all residents.

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times Support and encourage patients in their daily routines and rehabilitation efforts

Requirements
- Current State of Hawaii CNA Certification
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience (within the last 24 months)
- Current CPR/BLS Certifications
- Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray clearance (within the past year)
- N95 Fit Test
- Annual Health Physical
- Federal Fingerprint
