*Duties*
- *Initial Assessments:* Evaluate new clients in their homes to determine personal care needs, safety levels, and daily living support.
- *Care Plan Creation:* Write customized service plans for non-medical aides to follow regarding daily routines.
- *Supervisor Visits:* Perform routine check-ins at client homes to evaluate caregiver performance and service quality.

Education
- Train and guide aides on safety standards, infection control, and best practices for personal hygiene support.
- *Agency Liaison:* Act as the primary communication link between families, personal care staff, and agency administration.
*Requirements*
- Valid RN license with current state licensure; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
