About this role
*Oak Terrace Senior Housing of Le Sueur* is seeking a compassionate and dependable *RN / Nurse Manager* to join our assisted living team.
The Nurse Manager will provide nursing oversight, support direct-care staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident assessments and update care plans
- Monitor resident health and changes in condition
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, pharmacies, and other providers
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to direct-care staff
- Oversee medication management and nursing documentation
- Assist with admissions and resident transitions
- Help ensure compliance with Minnesota assisted living regulations
- Work closely with the Assisted Living Director and leadership team
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota *Registered Nurse (RN) license*
- Assisted living, long-term care, home care, or senior living experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership experience preferred
- Compassionate and dependable
