Full-Time RN or LPN for Assisted Living

Starting at $36.50/hour for RNs and $30.50/hour for LPNs, Oaknoll has an exciting opportunity for competent and caring Nurses who have a special place in their hearts for elders and high standards for quality care. We are currently looking for full-time RNs and LPNs to join our Assisted Living team. Hours are every Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Some holidays will be required.

Job duties will include: Providing nursing care to residents whose care requires professional skills and coordination with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists. Performing specialized nursing care procedures including, but not limited to, intravenous therapy and medications, and insertion/care of catheters. Observing, assessing, and recording residents' progress and keeping physicians informed of any significant changes.

Planning with and directing other nursing personnel in providing daily cares to residents, and holding staff accountable to policies, procedures, and approved care techniques.
