Where You Will Work
The Emergency Department is a 10-bed, monitored unit within a newly opened community hospital in Cornelius, NC, serving a diverse patient population with a wide range of acuity. Our team is highly collaborative, working closely with physicians across multiple specialties and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. As a growing department, we offer a dynamic environment where team members have the unique opportunity to contribute to building workflows, strengthening team culture, and shaping the future of care delivery within the organization.
Expectations We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS are required within 6 months of hire
2 years of ED experience preferred
What You’ll Do
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
