About this role
American Traveler is hiring a Mother-Baby/Post Partum RN for a night shift position requiring 2 years of postpartum experience and Epic proficiency. Work in the Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum unit of a hospital setting. Night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. May float to units of similar acuity. Uses Epic EMR system. Provide couplet care to postpartum mothers and newborns, including care for cesarean section, multiple births, postpartum hemorrhage, and pregnancy-induced hypertension. Support newborns including large for gestational age, low birth weight, and those with hypoglycemia or neonatal abstinence syndrome.
