About this role
Registered Nurse position in the Women's Triage Unit at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. Provides full spectrum of care for obstetrical and gynecological patients in a Level III Perinatal Center. Responsibilities include complex assessment, high intensity interventions, continuous nursing vigilance, monitoring specialized equipment, responding to life-saving situations, developing individualized care plans, serving as preceptor/charge nurse/unit educator, and coordinating patient care.
Requires at least 1 year of experience as an OB/GYN or L&D Registered Nurse. Graduate of approved school of nursing with current Florida RN licensure or NLC, BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.
