About this role
RN Neuro ICU 12 Hour Nights
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neurological/neurosurgical patients in the Neuro ICU
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and neurological status
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and support staff

- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families regarding care, procedures, and recovery processes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Participate in shift hand-offs and communicate effectively with incoming/outgoing staff
- Work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
