Join a dynamic Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple hospitals within a regional footprint.
Responsibilities Include
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards Collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU Serving at least three assigned facilities within the region
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current RN license in the state or compact license Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units
Certifications
BLS required; ACLS for critical care Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds
