Assess resident/patient health problems and needs Develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain medical records Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management

Requirements

  • RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing
  • New York State license as Registered Professional Nurse
  • Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
  • One year geriatric experience preferred
  • BCLS/CPR certification require

Salary Range

USD $45.12 - USD $60.00 /Hr.

The pay for this position ranges from $45.12-$60.00 per hour/per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
