Overview

This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions for assigned patients. The RN supervises staff, ensures high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care, and supports resource management at the unit level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care according to established standards, safety protocols, and medical regimens.

• Maintain compliance with infection control, quality improvement, and risk management practices.

• Perform all required emergency response tasks in line with hospital incident command systems and emergency codes.

• Support staff competency development and resource allocation to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing in the relevant state.

• CPR certification.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
