About this role
Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct care to adult and geriatric patients. Delivers safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective nursing care. Formulates plan of care, performs admission assessments, initiates individualized care and discharge planning.
Performs basic and specialized nursing skills including ET tube management, ABGs/venipuncture, central line care, pressor drip monitoring, and 12 lead EKG. Operates life support equipment including monitoring equipment, defibrillator, and ventilators. Manages central venous catheters/PICC lines.
Requires graduation from accredited school of nursing and RN license by the State of Alabama. Minimum of two years critical care nursing experience preferred.
