Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This role is essential in providing high-level care to clients who may experience treatment-refractory depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence.

- Clinical Assessment : Meet with individuals and family members in the community to identify client functioning and monitor behavioral changes such as mood, energy level, and altered mental status.
- Health & Safety: Assess for basic needs and triage as clinically indicated; intervene regarding concerning behaviors including self-harm, environmental safety hazards, or suspected neglect.
- Medication Management: Observe and document clients taking medication, ensuring adherence and monitoring for side effects.

Education
Perform reality-testing and solution-focused interventions while teaching social skills, healthy living, and conflict resolution through modeling.
- Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders, including family and external medical providers, and share clinical observations with supervisors to inform treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate interactions within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and use measurement-based care to evaluate client progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensure
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of technology, including Internet navigation and EHR systems.
- Mobility: Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and access to a personal vehicle with required insurance coverage.
- Core Competencies: Impeccable customer service, cultural humility, and a passion for working with marginalized populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
