About this role
DPS Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion RN to join our growing team in Inland Empire, CA. In this role, you'll bring expert clinical care directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a meaningful difference in their recovery and quality of life. This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per visit.
Documentation is simple — just 2 pages, with no OASIS charting required. Payroll runs biweekly via direct deposit. Responsibilities include administering IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy disconnects, and specialty medications like IVIG's in the home setting; assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient responses to infusion treatments; inserting and managing peripheral IVs, PICCs, ports, and other central venous access devices; performing weekly labs; educating patients and caregivers; coordinating care with physicians, pharmacists, and the broader healthcare team; maintaining clinical documentation; and responding to patient calls and concerns.
